1. Feature
1.1 The Magazine agrees to feature the Featured Party in a prominent article within the selected month's issue, as indicated in the congratulations email. The feature agrees to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 The Featured Individual agrees to actively participate in the Feature and provide all necessary materials to the Magazine by the deadline specified by the Magazine.

2. Article
2.1 The Featured Individual agrees to provide comprehensive answers to the interview questions intended for inclusion in the month the feature is selected issue of Becoming Her Magazine (the "Article"). The month is stated in the Congratulations email.
​
​
2.2 The Featured Individual agrees to provide all necessary materials requested by the Becoming Her Magazine team, including but not limited to the following:
​
​2.2a Complete and accurate biography or background information.
​
​2.2b The submission should include 4-10 photographs designated for use in both the article and promotional materials. Please consult the provisions outlined in the Image Quality Clause 3.10 - 3.12 for detailed specifications. It is crucial to emphasize that only photographs meeting our stringent publication standards will be accepted. The Magazine reserves the right to reject any feature submission that falls short of these criteria and may defer the feature until improved photographs are provided.

​2.2c Becoming Her Magazine will include questions targeting you or your brand. Becoming Her Magazine requires the featured individual or brand to respond to specific inquiries. The feature is requested to submit the questions and their corresponding answers in a Google Drive document as detailed in the congratulatory email.

​2.2d Any additional materials or information required by the Magazine to ensure that the article meets Becoming Her Magazine's standards and vision.
​
​2.2e The Featured Individual acknowledges that the timely provision of the requested materials is crucial to the successful completion of the Feature and Article. Any delays or failure to provide the requested materials may result in the Magazine's inability to publish the Feature and Article within the intended timeline.
​
​2.2f The Magazine reserves the right to make reasonable editorial changes to the materials provided by the Featured Individual to align with Becoming Her Magazine's style and editorial guidelines while making reasonable efforts to maintain the essence and integrity of the Featured Individual's story and message.
​
​2.2g The Featured Individual further acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with any requests or requirements may result in the Magazine's decision to exclude the Featured Individual from the Feature and terminate this Agreement.
​
2.2h We refrain from utilizing images that are incongruent with our brand and vision, particularly those of a highly sexual nature. We actively shape the narrative and, therefore, expect content, including visuals, to align with our brand identity.
​
​​ 2.3 The Featured Individual acknowledges and agrees that the Magazine reserves the right to edit the Article as necessary to comply with Becoming Her Magazine's editorial guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, the following:
​
2.3a Editing or condensing the Featured Individual's biography or background information, as well as the responses to interview questions in the Article, if they surpass the maximum limit established by the Magazine.
​
2.3b The Magazine will make reasonable efforts to maintain the essence and integrity of the Featured Individual's story and message while ensuring compliance with the editorial guidelines.
​
2.3c The Featured Individual understands that the Magazine's editorial decisions aim to deliver a high-quality publication that aligns with Becoming Her Magazine's standards and vision.
​
​
3. Features Terms and conditions To Receive PNG Articles
3.1 In consideration of the Featured Individual's participation in the Feature and provision of the Article, the Magazine agrees to provide the following terms and conditions to receive the feature article.
3.1 Post the “I AM FEATURED IN BECOMING HER MAGAZINE” need to be posted as soon as you get your congratulations email within 3 business days you must post and tag the @becominghermag on your main feed.

3.2 Exclusive graphics "Experience Cover Post" for our AmplifiHer Features need to be posted within 3 business days of you getting the graphic you must post and tag the @becominghermag on your main feed.
​
3.3 Quality Standards: Feature Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Magazine's editorial team maintains high standards for the quality of images and content associated with its publication. Should the Feature Recipient fail to provide a picture that meets the Magazine's quality standards, the Magazine reserves the right to provide the Feature Recipient with a standard "Experience Cover" graphic, and no custom graphic shall be provided.

3.3Marketing materials related to the Feature 13 graphics to choose from in addition to the “I AM FEATURED INSIDE OF THE MAGAZINE” graphic. To share on your main page!
​
3.4 Live Interview during the Launch Party (subject to the Featured Individual's interest) Feature must send Becoming Her Magazine an email at info@becominghermagazine.com (Month Launch Party, Your Name in the Subject). Featured must be emailed to us to be interviewed live!
3.5 Post the Feature on Social Media with a 1-minute to 2-minute video that we request. (If featured don’t send a video, no video will be shared on our social media) Please look at this video by a past feature as a template https://www.tiktok.com/@becominghermag/video/7276556567263137066

3.6 Copy of your article (Provision of the article to the Featured Individual is contingent upon the Featured Individual's compliance with the requirement to share the magazine cover on the main feed of their personal/business social media accounts. As a brand, our unwavering mission and vision center on the amplification of women's voices and stories. In the event that the Featured Individual does not fulfill the obligation to share and tag us, it is essential to note that they shall not be entitled to a refund. This condition is enforced to ensure that each featured individual benefits from maximum exposure, aligning with our overarching goal.)

3.7 Upon the Feature's inclusion in Becoming Her Magazine (BHM), the Featured Individual is required to share the designated graphics, specifically "I AM FEATURED IN BECOMING HER MAGAZINE" and "I AM FEATURED INSIDE OF THE MAGAZINE Experience Cover Post," on their main feed and tag the magazine within a reasonable timeframe. Subsequently, one week after the magazine's launch, the Featured Individual will receive a high-resolution PNG file of their article from BHM. Adherence to the initial feature post requirement is crucial for ensuring the timely release of the article PNG. It is imperative to note that failure to tag the magazine will result in the Featured individuals not receiving their files. Additionally, the Magazine may require an extra grace period of up to 3 business days, depending on the workload, to send the PNG file.
3.8 Please refer to section 6 for more information regarding podcast opportunities.
3.9 The Becoming Magazine Team will produce a professionally crafted reel and TikTok video, meticulously showcasing all the featured women for the respective month's issue in one video.

Image Quality Clause
​
3.10 Image Quality Requirement: The quality of the featured post is a critical component of this agreement and is contingent upon the image submitted by the Feature Recipient. The Magazine's editorial team expressly refrains from sourcing alternative images from social media or other platforms to enhance the provided picture.
High-Quality Standard: The Feature Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the image submitted must meet the high-quality standards established by the Magazine and align with its branding. Failure to submit an image of sufficient quality, as determined at the discretion of the magazine, may result in the withholding of the featured experience post.
3.11 Adherence to Quality Standards: The Feature Recipient acknowledges the imperative to adhere to the Quality Standards set by the Magazine's editorial team. It is understood that these standards encompass both images and content associated with the publication.
3.12. Magazine's Right to Provide Standard Graphic: In the event that the Feature Recipient fails to provide an image meeting the Magazine's quality criteria, the Magazine reserves the unequivocal right to provide the Feature Recipient with a standard "I AM FEATURED INSIDE OF THE MAGAZINE" "Experience Cover Post" graphic. In such instances, no custom graphic shall be provided to the Feature Recipient.

This Image Quality Clause is an integral part of the agreement between the Feature Recipient and the Magazine and shall be binding upon both parties.
​
Video Promotion
3.13 The Feature must send a video so BHM can post it on all of our social media accounts, if a feature doesn’t share a video with BHM the team will not create an additional video to feature the feature on their accounts.
3.14 The 1-minute to 2-minute video should highlight the Featured Individual's brand or story, and at the end of the video, the Featured Individual will say, “Make sure to check out my article in Becoming Her Magazine.”
3.15 As part of the compensation package, the Magazine acknowledges the Featured Individual's contribution to the Feature and Article and agrees to create an official video. This video will showcase and promote the Featured Individual's brand or story, reinforcing their presence and encouraging viewers to read the article in Becoming Her Magazine.
3.16 If you desire more exposure, please send us a video.

4. Social Media Sharing
​
4.1 The Featured Individual shall responsibly distribute the provided graphics on their primary personal or business social media accounts. This action should occur no later than one week before the slated release date for the respective monthly featured content, consistently set for the 8th of each month. Furthermore, the Featured Individual must also share the graphics on the day of the official launch.
​
4.2 Sharing the Cover and Article solely through the ephemeral stories feature on social media platforms is deemed unacceptable. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the immediate inclusion of the Featured Individual in our "Pink List," accompanied by the removal of their article from the magazine.
​
4.3 The obligation to share the graphics on the designated platforms before the launch day is crucial. Failure to fulfill this duty will lead to the Featured Individual not receiving their PNG articles and being disqualified from the feature. Detailed rules for obtaining a copy of the PNG are available in the compensation section.
​
4.4 The Featured Individual is obliged to share the approved graphics created by BHM on their main feed across personal or business-related social media accounts. Exclusively restricting the sharing of content to a friends-only list is not acceptable.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in immediate inclusion in our "Black List," signaling the Magazine's decision to cease considering future collaborations with the Featured Individual.

4.5 The Featured Individual must share the Article no later than three business days after they have received their article.
​
4.6 To ensure proper attribution and visibility, the Featured Individual must tag Becoming Her Magazine (@becominghermag) when sharing their feature on their personal or business social media accounts.
​
4.7 When sharing the article on social media platforms, the Featured Individual must refrain from cropping or truncating the name "Becoming Her Magazine.
​
4.8 ’I AM FEATURED IN BECOMING HER MAGAZINE" Social Media Post Requirement
4.8a Upon receipt of a congratulatory email from "Becoming Her Magazine" acknowledging your feature in their publication, you (hereinafter referred to as the "Featured Party") are obligated to make a social media post announcing your feature. This post shall be made on your main social media feed within three (3) business days from the date of receiving the congratulatory email.
4.8b The social media post must include the text "I AM FEATURED IN BECOMING HER MAGAZINE" and should also tag the official "Becoming Her Magazine" Instagram account (@becominghermag) in the post.
4.8c Additionally, the Featured Party shall have the option to choose from a selection of 13 graphics provided by "Becoming Her Magazine" for sharing on their main feed. The selected graphic shall be incorporated into the social media post, along with the required text and tag.
4.8d In the event that the Featured Party believes that the branding colors of the promotional materials provided by "Becoming Her Magazine" do not align with their personal branding, the Featured Party shall have the option to request a modification of the branding colors. To initiate this request, the Featured Party shall contact Crystal at crystal@becominghermagazine.com with a detailed explanation of the desired color changes. "Becoming Her Magazine" shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, taking into account the branding guidelines and resources available.
4.8e Failure to adhere to this social media posting requirement, including the incorporation of the selected graphic, may result in a breach of contract, and "Becoming Her Magazine" may take appropriate action as outlined in the contract terms.
This clause is effective upon signing of this contract and shall remain in force for the duration specified in the contract.
Optional Article Sharing Requirement
4.8 e Optional Article Sharing: The featured party (hereinafter referred to as the "Featured Party") acknowledges that the sharing of articles related to their feature in "Becoming Her Magazine" is an optional activity. The decision to share articles is at the discretion of the Featured Party.
4.8f Article Sharing Option: While the Featured Party is encouraged to share articles related to their feature, it is expressly understood that such sharing is at the discretion of the Featured Party, and they are not obliged to do so.
5. Podcast Interview Opportunity
5.1 As an additional incentive for the Featured Individual's appearance in Becoming Her Magazine, the Magazine extends an opportunity for an interview on The Empowered Woman: Conversations. This audio podcast is hosted by Becoming Her Magazine.
5.2 The podcast interview will be conducted for approximately one hour. During this time, the co-hosts, Crystal Jordan and Jasmine Hawkins, will pose questions tailored to the Featured Individual's brand and narrative. This platform offers an opportunity to showcase their expertise and insights.
5.3 To express their interest in participating in the podcast interview, the Featured Individual is required to send an email to info@becominghermagazine.com. The subject line should be formatted as follows: "[Your Name], [Your Topic], Podcast Interview." It is important to note that this is an audio podcast, and there is no requirement for video recording. Please be aware that participation in the podcast interview incurs an additional fee of $35.
​
5.4 By engaging in The Empowered Woman: Conversations, the Featured Individual gains privileged access to exclusive behind-the-scenes content and engaging audio material from exciting launch parties. This enriching experience is designed to immerse the audience in the podcast content.
5.5 In the event of termination of the agreement between the Featured Individual and Becoming Her Magazine, or if the Featured Individual fails to fulfill their obligations of promoting the magazine as stipulated, Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to cancel the scheduled podcast episode and forego the recording of the interview. Priority for podcast interviews is reserved for individuals featured in the magazine.

6. Promotion of Podcast Episode
6.1 By participating in The Empowered Woman: Conversations, the Featured Individual grants the Magazine permission to create a flyer or promotional material specifically for their episode.
​
6.2 The Magazine agrees to share the flyer or promotional material on its official social media accounts and other relevant platforms to promote the Featured Individual's episode.
​
6.3 The Magazine will make reasonable efforts to tag the Featured Individual and provide appropriate credit in the promotional posts.
​
6.4 By participating in the feature, the podcast episode will be promoted, along with the magazine, which includes posting it on their main feed and stories. On the day your episode is released, please tag us @becominghermag when posting your feature and flyer. By offering this additional incentive, we are ensuring that our features receive maximum reach and attention from all angles.
​
7. Email Newsletter Subscription
7.1 The Featured Individual agrees to provide their email address for the purpose of subscribing to Becoming Her Magazine's email newsletters.
​
7.2 By providing their email address, the Featured Individual consents to receive emails per month from Becoming Her Magazine. These emails may contain information about upcoming magazine releases, featured articles, exclusive content, promotions, and other related news.
​
7.3 The Featured Individual agrees to receive emails from Becoming Her Magazine regarding the featured article and their participation in the Magazine.
​
7.4 Becoming Her Magazine agrees to provide updates to the Featured Individual about the brand, including but not limited to new releases, events, promotions, and relevant news.
​
7.5 The Featured Individual acknowledges that they have the option to unsubscribe from the email newsletters at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.
​
8. Article Sharing and Error Correction
8.1 Becoming Her Magazine reserves the exclusive right to release articles to the public and will not share articles before their scheduled publication.
8.1a Furthermore, Becoming Her Magazine does not provide the Featured Individual with their article for approval. However, the Featured Individual retains the right to terminate this agreement if, at any juncture, they believe that the partnership no longer aligns with their brand.
8.1b It is essential to note that articles will not be released before their designated publication month. Requesting access to view the article before its official publication is discouraged, and excessive requests for pre-publication access may lead to the termination of this contract.
8.2 In the event that an error is identified in the published article, the Featured Individual has the option to notify the Becoming Her Magazine team within 24 to 48 hours of discovering the error. It's important to emphasize that corrections can only be made to the digital version of the issue and not the printed edition.
8.3 Upon receiving notification of the error, the Becoming Her Magazine team will promptly undertake corrections within 24 to 48 hours, ensuring the accuracy of the digital publication.
​
9. Representations and Warranties
9.1 The Featured Individual represents and warrants that:

The article is original and has not been previously published.

The Article does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

The Featured Individual has the right to enter into this Agreement and has not granted any rights to the Article to any other party.

10. No Refund Clause
10.1 The Featured Individual acknowledges and agrees that all compensation and benefits provided under this Agreement are non-refundable.
​
10.2 Regardless of the circumstances, the Featured Individual shall not be entitled to a refund for any payments, services, or benefits provided by Becoming Her Magazine as outlined in this Agreement.
​
10.3 This no refund policy applies without exception, including but not limited to situations where the Agreement is terminated by either party or where the Featured Individual fails to fulfill their obligations or meet the contract requirements.
​
10.4 Becoming Her Magazine's commitment to promoting the Featured Individual's content and brand is unwavering. Therefore, the Featured Individual understands and accepts the non-refundable nature of the compensation and benefits offered in exchange for their participation in the Agreement.
​
10.5 This no refund clause is an integral part of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any other provisions or clauses herein.
​
10.6 The Featured Individual further understands and acknowledges that in the event of a chargeback initiated by the Featured Individual or their financial institution, this Agreement shall serve as evidence to dispute the chargeback. The Featured Individual agrees that this document may be presented as evidence to refute any future chargeback attempts.
​
​
11. Deadline Enforcement
​
The Featured Individual is responsible for timely submission of all required materials and fulfillment of obligations stipulated in this contract. Failure to do so by the communicated deadline in the congratulatory email from Becoming Her Magazine allows the Magazine certain rights:
​
11.1 If the Featured Individual fails to submit all materials by the specified deadline, Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to postpone the feature to a subsequent month or a different issue. The Featured Individual commits to making their best efforts to meet all outlined deadlines.
​
11.2 Becoming Her Magazine will not provide a refund in the event of the Featured Individual's failure to submit materials before or at the specified deadline.
​
11.3 Becoming Her Magazine retains the option to reschedule the feature for the next month.
​
11.4 In cases where deadlines are missed, Becoming Her Magazine offers the Featured Individual a 3-month grace period to have their story featured. Any emergencies should be communicated to the team for accommodation.
​
11.5 Postponements resulting from missed deadlines shall not be construed as a breach of this contract, provided that the party affected provides written notice of the postponement to the non-complying party.
​
12. Non-Use of AI-Generated Pictures
Becoming Her Magazine (hereinafter referred to as "the Magazine") acknowledges and embraces the significance of artificial intelligence (AI) in various aspects of modern technology. The Magazine, in alignment with its core brand HerValue of Authenticity, hereby commits to not utilizing any pictures or visual content that has been generated, altered, or manipulated by AI technologies.
12.1 The Magazine's commitment to Authenticity underscores its dedication to showcasing real, unfiltered stories and experiences of women.
12.2 This commitment encourages women to embrace their true selves, fosters genuine connections, and promotes personal growth among the Magazine's readership.
12.3 We have the to decline you or not use your AI pictures in your article. We only want real pictures of you, not AI-generated.
12.4 By adhering to this policy, the Magazine ensures that its visual content aligns with its brand philosophy and upholds the principles of authenticity that define its identity. The feature agrees to send authentic pictures of themselves.

​
13. Termination and Contract Amendments
13.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Notice of termination shall be delivered via email. Becoming Her Magazine retains the right to cancel this Agreement at its discretion if it believes the Featured Individual has not fulfilled their contractual obligations. Being featured is a mutually beneficial partnership, and termination may occur if the contract terms are not adhered to within the specified deadlines.
13.2 The Magazine reserves the right to remove the Featured Individual's article from the magazine under the following conditions:
13.3 The Featured Individual fails to comply with the agreement's requirements, including but not limited to posting the graphics and article as specified or sharing the article on their main feed of their personal/business social media accounts.
13.4 The Featured Individual's actions or statements no longer align with the Magazine's brand or vision, as determined by the Magazine's team.
13.5 In the event of termination and removal of the Featured Individual's article, the Magazine shall provide written notice to the Featured Individual regarding the termination and removal.
13.6 The Magazine reserves the right to make changes to the contract without notice to the Featured Individual.

14. Modification and Feature Withdrawal
14.1 Becoming Her Magazine retains the right to modify this contract at its discretion, without prior notice to the Featured Individual, if it is determined that the Featured Individual is not adhering to the original contract terms.
14.2 Additionally, Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to withdraw any feature from the magazine if the Featured Individual fails to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the original contract.
15. Promotion of Becoming Her Magazine

15.1 In the event that the Featured Individual shares only the Becoming Her Magazine logo instead of the “I Am Featured Inside Of Becoming Her Magazine” graphic along with the “I am feature graphic”, Becoming Her Magazine retains the right to terminate the contract indefinitely. 15.2 Failure to share the magazine cover as specified in this contract may result in the Featured Individual's inclusion in Becoming Her Magazine's lists, which could impact future collaborations and features. (HerFeature) Becoming Her Magazine has the right to switch our cover person if you have to share 1 week before telling your audience about your amazing cover feature.
15.3 We, as a team, are dedicated to amplifying women's voices and stories. It is crucial for women to join us in promoting our publication. We greatly appreciate the Featured Individual's respect and support in sharing both the cover and PNG Article as a common courtesy. Your cooperation is valued and contributes to our shared mission.
​
16. Publication Timing Clause
​
16.1. Standard Publication Date: The standard publication date for issues of Becoming Her Magazine is set on the 8th day of each month.
​
16.2 Magazine's Right to Adjust: Notwithstanding the standard publication date, it is expressly understood that Becoming Her Magazine, as the publishing entity, retains the unilateral right to adjust the timing and date of publication based on its internal workload, operational considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
​
16.3. Notice of Adjustments: In the event of any adjustments to the publication timing and date, All parties are encouraged to regularly check our official Instagram page for any announcements regarding changes to the publication schedule. This method ensures transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders involved in the publication process.
​
16.4. No Liability for Adjustments: Becoming Her Magazine shall not be held liable for any adjustments made to the publication timing and date, and all parties, including Featured Individuals, acknowledge and accept this inherent flexibility in the publication schedule.
​
16.5. Collaboration in Good Faith: All parties involved in the publication process, including Featured Individuals, agree to collaborate in good faith to accommodate any necessary adjustments to the publication timing and date as determined by Becoming Her Magazine.
​
16.6 Becoming Her Magazine is committed to releasing publications promptly at 8:30 PM EST on the standard publication date. This fixed timing aims to ensure consistency and predictability for our audience.
​
17. Positive Representation
17.1 The Magazine commits to using the images and content associated with the Featured Party in a positive light, consistent with the Magazine's core values.
​
18. Moral Clause
18.1 In the event that the Featured Party is involved in a situation that could reasonably be considered detrimental to the Magazine's reputation, brand image, or core values, the Magazine reserves the right to detach itself from the Featured Party and terminate this Agreement without any further obligations.
​
19. Governing Law
​
19.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
20. Entire Agreement
​
20.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties.
21. Modification of Agreement
​
21.1 The Feature hereby acknowledges that Becoming Her Magazine (BHM) reserves the right to make necessary changes to this contract without providing prior notice to the Feature. BHM retains the authority to modify its policies to best align with the evolving needs of its brand. It is the responsibility of the Feature to stay informed about any updates or modifications to the contract by accessing the direct link provided at becominghermagazine.com/contract. This link will be consistently made available for viewing by our Features at any given time.

22. Photo Release
​
22.1 The Featured Individual hereby grants Becoming Her Magazine (hereinafter referred to as "the Magazine") permission to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, images, or visual content provided by the Featured Individual in connection with the Feature and Article. This includes but is not limited to photographs submitted for the Feature, photographs taken during any related photo shoots, and any other visual content associated with the Feature.

22.2 The Magazine may use the photographs and visual content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing, social media, website content, and public relations. The Magazine may also use these photographs in the context of the Feature and Article in the magazine.
​
22.3 The Featured Individual represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions and rights for the use of the photographs and visual content provided to the Magazine and that such use does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
​
22.4 The Featured Individual acknowledges that the Magazine may edit or modify the photographs and visual content as necessary to align with the Magazine's style and editorial guidelines while making reasonable efforts to maintain the essence and integrity of the Featured Individual's story and message.
​
22.5 The Magazine shall provide appropriate credit to the Featured Individual when using their photographs and visual content, whenever feasible.
​
22.6 The Featured Individual shall have the right to request the removal of specific photographs or visual content from the Magazine's promotional materials by providing written notice to the Magazine. The Magazine shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
​
22.7 This Photo Release clause shall be in effect for the duration specified in the contract and shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
23. Photographer Credit Information
​
23.1 The Featured Individual acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for providing all necessary information to ensure proper credit is given to the photographer(s) associated with the photographs and visual content provided for the Feature and Article.
23.2 The Featured Individual shall promptly provide the following information to Becoming Her Magazine:
- The full name of the photographer(s) or the photography studio.
- Any relevant social media handles or website links associated with the photographer(s) for proper tagging and attribution.

23.3 The Featured Individual understands that providing accurate photographer credit is essential to recognizing the creative contributions of the photographer(s) and maintaining ethical and professional standards in the publication.

23.4 Becoming Her Magazine shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that proper credit is given to the photographer(s) as provided by the Featured Individual. However, the accuracy of the information provided by the Featured Individual is their responsibility.
​
24. Promotion Requirement for Free Features
​
24.1 In cases where a Featured Individual has been offered a free feature in Becoming Her Magazine, the Featured Individual agrees to actively participate in the promotion of the magazine by referring a minimum of five (5) individuals to either subscribe to the digital magazine or purchase five (5) digital magazine issues.
​
24.2 The promotion requirement outlined in clause 24.2 must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days from the date of the Feature's publication.
​
24.3 Failure to meet the promotion requirement within the specified timeframe may result in the Featured Individual being invoiced for the value of the feature at the regular rate.
​
24.4 The Featured Individual acknowledges and agrees that this clause is an integral part of the contract and is essential to ensuring the continued publication and promotion of Becoming Her Magazine.

24.5 Becoming Her Magazine may provide promotional materials or referral links to assist the Featured Individual in meeting this requirement.

25. Non-Usage of Questions and Answers from other publications
​
25.1 Non-Usage of Questions and Answers: The feature agrees that any questions and answers (Q&A) content featured within the Magazine's AmplifiHer Feature shall not have been previously published in any other publication, platform, or medium, including but not limited to magazines, blogs, websites, or social media accounts. Feature Recipient affirms that the content provided to the Magazine is original and has not been published elsewhere.

26. Spiritual and Feature Content Clause
​
26.1 Spiritual Affirmation: Becoming Her Magazine (BHM) proudly affirms its commitment to a God-affirming brand identity. The Magazine does not support or endorse content that conflicts with this spiritual affirmation.

26.3. Feature Content Restrictions: The Featured Individual acknowledges and understands that BHM adheres to specific content guidelines that align with its God-affirming brand. As such, certain topics, communities, or practices may not be featured or endorsed by the Magazine.
​
26.3. Content Exclusions The Magazine explicitly reserves the right to refrain from featuring content related to specific topics, communities, or practices that are inconsistent with its spiritual values. This may include but is not limited to, content pertaining to spiritual practices or beliefs that do not align with the Magazine's God-affirming stance.
​
26.4. Understanding and Agreement: By entering into this agreement, the Featured Individual acknowledges their understanding of BHM's spiritual affirmation and content restrictions. The Featured Individual agrees not to submit content that falls outside the parameters set forth by the Magazine.
​
26.5. Magazine's Right to Decline: BHM retains the right to decline or omit content that, in its sole discretion, is deemed inconsistent with its God-affirming brand identity. In such cases, the magazine may provide the Featured Individual with the option to modify the content to meet the specified guidelines.

27. Photo Submission Clause
​
27.1 The Featured Individual acknowledges and agrees that the responsibility for providing high-quality images is exclusively vested in the Featured Individual. It constitutes a binding contractual obligation for the Featured Individual to submit a minimum of 4 and up to 8 high-resolution images, featuring themselves and/or their products. There is a distinct preference for images that have not been extensively shared on social media.

27.2 The Featured Individual comprehends that the quality of the submitted images holds substantial weight in shaping the overall presentation of their article. This impact extends across various platforms, including but not limited to our official website (becominghermagazine.com) and diverse social media channels.
​
27.3 The Featured Individual is hereby formally notified that our editorial team will refrain from issuing follow-up emails soliciting high-quality photos. It is incumbent upon the Featured Individual to ensure the prompt and satisfactory submission of the requisite images.
​
27.4 Becoming Her Magazine affirms, in unequivocal terms, that our editorial team shall abstain from sourcing images from social media or other external platforms for the enhancement of the Featured Individual's article. The utilization of images strictly adheres to the materials provided by the Featured Individual.
​
27.5 Refer to Section 3.2 of the contract, "Image Quality Requirement," which underscores the critical importance of image quality in this agreement. The Magazine's editorial team refrains from sourcing alternative images, emphasizing the Featured Individual's responsibility in this regard.
​
27.6 By entering into this agreement, the Featured Individual explicitly acknowledges and willingly agrees to abide by the terms meticulously outlined in this Photo Submission Clause within Section 27.
​
28. Name Notification Clause
​
28.1 The Featured Individual explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the responsibility to communicate any alternative names rests solely with them.
​
28.2 The Featured Individual undertakes the obligation to promptly notify Becoming Her Magazine of any variations in names by which they may be known.
​
28.3 Becoming Her Magazine will rely exclusively on the information furnished by the Featured Individual regarding alternative names.
​
28.4 The Magazine shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the Featured Individual's failure to disclose alternative names.
​
28.5 This Name Notification Clause is deemed integral to the overall contractual agreement between the Featured Individual and Becoming Her Magazine.
​
29. Interview Question Submission Clause
29.1- The Featured Individual explicitly acknowledges that the responsibility to submit all interview questions, along with corresponding answers, is theirs, as specified in the congratulatory email.
​
29.2- Our team will not initiate email follow-ups for missed questions, placing the onus on the Featured Individual to fulfill this requirement.
​
29.3 The Featured Individual commits to providing the complete set of questions and answers exclusively through Google Drive.
​
29.4 Adherence to the stipulated deadline for question submission is crucial, and failure to comply may result in the postponement of the feature to the following month.
​
29.5 The Featured Individual is urged to ensure the timely and proper submission of interview materials to avoid any disruptions in the feature schedule.
​
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.

Both parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement may be executed and delivered electronically. Electronic signatures, whether digital or scanned, shall be considered valid and have the same legal effect as original signatures.
