This agreement outlines the mutual responsibilities, expectations, and commitments as part of this prestigious collaboration. Our goal is to highlight your story in a compelling manner while maintaining the high standards of our brand.

By signing this agreement, you affirm your commitment to the terms and conditions that ensure a seamless and professional collaboration.

1. Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement establishes the responsibilities between Becoming Her Magazine and the Cover Story Feature regarding the sharing, promotion, and presentation of content associated with your cover feature.

2. Cover Selection
2.1. Becoming Her Magazine will present a selection of potential cover options to you and your team for review.
2.2. You will have 72 hours to approve one of the cover options.
2.3. Please be mindful that if the cover is not approved within the 72-hour window, and depending on our production deadlines, the Magazine reserves the right to proceed with the selected cover to meet its release schedule.

3. Submission of Exclusive Images
3.1. We kindly request that you submit 4-10 high-quality, exclusive images that have not been posted online or on social media. These should be never-seen-before images to ensure your feature stands out.
3.2. Using overused images from your social media accounts may affect the uniqueness of your feature and could result in delays or postponement of your article to a later issue.

4. Photoshoot Guidelines
4.1. Becoming Her Magazine typically uses its own professional team for photoshoots to ensure quality and alignment with our brand’s vision.
4.2. Should you wish to use your own team, a meeting will be required to discuss expectations, brand standards, and the concept. Approval from Becoming Her Magazine, the Cover Story Feature, and the PR team is necessary before proceeding.
4.3. Photoshoots conducted by Becoming Her Magazine are scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and on Sundays after 5:00 PM.

5. Concept Approval
5.1. If you plan to participate in a photoshoot with Becoming Her Magazine, a concept will be created by our creative team and sent to you or your PR team for approval.
5.2. Once the concept is approved, we will proceed to the next step of planning and scheduling the photoshoot.

6. Photo Release
6.1. The Cover Story Feature grants Becoming Her Magazine permission to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, images, or visual content provided for promotional and editorial purposes.
6.2. This includes photographs submitted for the feature, photographs taken during any related photoshoots, and other visual content associated with the feature.
6.3. The Magazine may use the photographs for marketing, social media, website content, and other public relations purposes.
7. Use of Photographs
7.1. The Cover Story Feature is responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and permissions to use the images submitted to the Magazine.
7.2. Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to edit or modify the photographs to align with its style and editorial guidelines while making reasonable efforts to maintain the essence and integrity of the story.
8. Photographer Credit Information
8.1. The Cover Story Feature is responsible for providing accurate photographer credit information, including the full name of the photographer, social media handles, and website links if applicable.
8.2. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in the omission of photographer credit in the feature.
9. Removal of Photos
9.1. The Cover Story Feature may request the removal of specific photographs from Becoming Her Magazine’s promotional platforms by submitting a written request.
9.2. The Magazine will consider the request but reserves the final decision on whether to remove the content.
10. No AI-Generated Content
10.1. Becoming Her Magazine does not accept AI-generated or manipulated images. All visuals must be authentic and aligned with our brand values.
10.2. The Magazine reserves the right to reject any AI-generated content and will not feature it in the publication.
11. Sharing Obligations
11.1. Becoming Her Magazine will provide you with a professionally designed feature article that highlights your journey.
11.2. You agree to share your feature on your main social media feed within 48 hours of publication and keep it posted for at least 30 days.
11.3. Early removal of the feature or only posting the feature in stories will result in the article being taken down from Becoming Her Magazine’s platforms.
12. Right of Removal
12.1. If the feature is not shared on the main feed within the agreed time frame or removed early, Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to remove the article from its platform.
12.2. If any behavior or actions by the Cover Story Feature are deemed damaging to the Magazine’s reputation, the feature may be removed without further notice.
12.3. As a God-affirming brand, Becoming Her Magazine reserves the right to remove any content or features that no longer align with its core values.
13. Social Media Responsibility
13.1. It is the sole responsibility of the Cover Story Feature to provide accurate social media handles to be included in the feature.
13.2. Becoming Her Magazine will not research or be held responsible for social media accounts not provided in the required submission materials. Failure to submit these details will result in their exclusion from the feature.
14. Positive Representation
Becoming Her Magazine is committed to presenting the Cover Story Feature in a positive light, in alignment with the Magazine’s values of empowerment, authenticity, and inspiration.
15. Moral and Ethical Standards
If the Cover Story Feature engages in any behavior that negatively impacts the reputation of Becoming Her Magazine, the Magazine reserves the right to terminate the collaboration and remove the feature.
16. Spiritual and Feature Content Guidelines
16.1. Becoming Her Magazine follows a God-affirming brand identity and does not feature content that conflicts with this value.
16.2. The Cover Story Feature agrees that content must align with the Magazine’s spiritual values. The Magazine retains the right to omit any content that does not align with these values.

17. Name Notification Clause
17.1. The Cover Story Feature acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide Becoming Her Magazine with the correct and full name, as well as any alternative names, pseudonyms, or brand names they wish to be associated with in the feature.
17.2. Any failure to notify Becoming Her Magazine of alternative names may result in inaccuracies in the feature, for which the Magazine will not be held liable.
17.3. Becoming Her Magazine will rely solely on the information provided by the Cover Story Feature for correct naming, and the Cover Story Feature agrees to promptly communicate any changes or corrections.​
18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior agreements. No oral or written agreements outside this document will override its terms.
20. Acknowledgment
By signing below, you, the Cover Story Feature, acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of this collaboration.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.

Electronic Signature:
Both parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement may be executed and delivered electronically. Electronic signatures, whether digital or scanned, shall be considered valid and have the same legal effect as original signatures.
