This Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this signed by the legal guardian by and between Parent, hereinafter referred to as the "Parent/Guardian," and Becoming Her Magazine, hereinafter referred to as the "Magazine.

WHEREAS ,the Magazine desires to feature [Minor's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Minor," in its publication; and

WHEREAS,the Parent/Guardian has legal custody and authority to grant permission for the Minor's participation and appearance in the Magazine;

This Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this day by and between the parent, hereinafter referred to as the "Parent/Guardian," and Becoming Her Magazine, hereinafter referred to as the "Magazine.

WHEREAS, the Magazine desires to feature [Minor's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Minor," in its publication; and

WHEREAS, the Parent/Guardian has legal custody and authority to grant permission for the Minor's participation and appearance in the Magazine;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parent/Guardian and the Magazine agree as follows:

Release of Rights: The Parent/Guardian hereby grants the Magazine the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the Minor's name, likeness, voice, and any other related materials in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to print, digital, and online media, for the purpose of featuring the Minor in Becoming Her Magazine.

Waiver of Compensation: The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that no compensation will be provided to the Minor or the Parent/Guardian for the rights granted herein, and that the participation in the Magazine is voluntary.

Release and Indemnification: The Parent/Guardian releases the Magazine, its agents, representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of the Minor's image, name, or likeness. The Parent/Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold the Magazine harmless from any such claims.

Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall be valid from the date of signing until [Specific End Date or Event], unless otherwise terminated by mutual written consent of the Parent/Guardian and the Magazine.

Parental Consent: The Parent/Guardian hereby affirms that they have the legal right and authority to grant this release on behalf of the Minor and that the Minor's participation in the Magazine does not violate any other agreements or obligations.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of GA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
Additional Clauses:

Usage of Images: The Parent understands that pictures sent to the Magazine will be used for the Magazine and not limited to social media. The Magazine has the right to use the Minor's pictures for its magazine.

Use Restrictions: The Parent also understands that Becoming Her Magazine will not use any images of the Minor in a negative or harmful way.

Moral Clause: Please refer to our contract regarding our moral clause. If the Minor engages in any actions or behaviors that may reflect negatively on the Magazine, the Magazine reserves the right to terminate the partnership indefinitely.

AI Pictures: The Parent understands they can not send any AI-generated pictures.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parent/Guardian has executed this Release Agreement as of the date first above written.
